The Lead Editor is responsible for completing videos from the rough-cut stage through final delivery. The role includes refining edits, producing visual effects, designing sound and music, and implementing voiceovers, talking heads, and other narrative components. You’ll ensure each finished video meets our creative standards and feels polished, intentional, and ready to publish. We’re looking for exceptional YouTube editors who operate at the highest level of visual storytelling. This is a senior role for candidates with extensive professional experience and a proven body of work; it is not suitable for beginner or early-career editors. Our post-production workflow is built around Adobe Creative Cloud, so advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related Adobe applications is required.
